Refund and Returns Policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all components included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Change of mind returns are at the customer's expense for return shipping. A refund or store credit will be issued once we have received and inspected the item.

We are unable to accept change of mind returns on:

  • Electrical components (ECUs, coil packs, sensors) that have been installed
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items
  • Items purchased at a discounted or clearance price (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the item to be returned at our cost and provide a full replacement or refund at your discretion.

Please retain all original packaging until you have inspected your order, as it may be required for a warranty or transit damage claim.

Warranty

Parts supplied carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product — please contact us for specific warranty information on any item.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require the item to be returned for inspection. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modifications beyond the intended use of the product.

How to Lodge a Return

  1. Contact us via our website contact form or Facebook page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
