Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods or for special-order items, processing times may be longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Carriers

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and Sendle. The carrier used for your order will depend on the size and weight of the items and your delivery address. For large freight items (complete engines, large kits), we may use a freight carrier — you will be contacted to arrange delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. We aim to offer competitive shipping rates and use the most appropriate service for your order.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any current promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post or Sendle website.

Signature on Delivery

Some items may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collecting or rescheduling delivery.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will lodge a claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available from our Queensland workshop by arrangement. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to arrange pickup.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. If you are an international customer, please contact us to discuss options.
